Measurement, Sensor Systems and Applications Conference
24-26 August 2022 | Jinan, China
At present, we intend to host MeSSAC 2022 onsite in Jinan, China, 24-26 August 2022 to best facilitate in-person networking and learning. To protect the health and safety of all our conference attendees, Elsevier requires proof of Covid-19 vaccinations or a negative lateral flow test (taken under the supervision of authorized health professionals, within 48 hours) to be eligible to attend. This will be coupled with mask wearing throughout the conference. For full information on the Elsevier conferences Covid-19 requirements, please visit the Covid-19 delegate safety page. However, while the situation regarding international travel to China remains uncertain, we have made some changes to our programme to enable both onsite and non-attending delegates to present their work at the conference.Presentations from speakers outside of China who cannot attend in-person, including short talks selected from the submitted abstracts, will be presented to our onsite audience via zoom with audio and slides made available for 6 months post-event to non-attending delegates*.Poster presenters from outside of China who cannot travel to the conference option to present their poster alongside a short video pitch and to arrange 1:1 video meetings with onsite and other non-attending delegates via our interactive conference app. Posters will be available to access by all registered attendees from the start of the conference and for 6 months after the event*.All other abstracts, if accepted, should be presented in-person at the conference by one of the authors. Rest assured that we will refund your onsite registration fee, with no penalty, should you be unable to attend the conference due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. We therefore offer two levels of conference registration: Onsite and on-demand* On-demand access includes recordings of talks and slides, poster pitches and posters from authors that have agreed for post event distribution: the organisers cannot guarantee on-demand access to all presentations |
