Join the Celebration – 150 Years of the Metre Convention!

In 2025, the global metrology community is coming together to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Metre Convention, which established the BIPM, one of the world’s oldest international organizations. We invite you to join us for this historic milestone!

Representatives from States, National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) and our international liaison organizations, as well as scientists from NMIs and other metrology professionals are invited to participate in the celebrations taking place from 20 to 22 May 2025 in Paris and Versailles.
